When I opened the package, I was impressed by the unique design of these stockings. They come in a chic, reusable box (which is always a nice touch) and have a thick, white contrast welt that immediately catches the eye. The fabric itself is soft, silky, and gives off a slight sheen, giving them a retro, old-fashioned look. There isn’t any denier information on the packaging, but I’d estimate they’re around 20 denier, which is ideal for a light and airy feel.
After putting them on, I could really feel how comfortable they are. The top band is snug, providing great support and security. I found them perfect to pair with a six-strap suspender belt, which gives a classic, secure hold – ideal if you’re moving around a lot or wearing them throughout the day.
At 5’7″ and a UK size 8–10, the S/M size fit me well, though I’d say they run a bit snug at the top. So, if you have slightly larger thighs, sizing up might be more comfortable.

I can see myself wearing them for business meetings or simply for a day out, as they’re both stylish and comfortable for long wear.
